Refund Policy
Effective: May 8, 2026
Enlighten-Me subscriptions are provided by CJD Consulting LLC and billed by Stripe.
Subscription billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $2.99 USD. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
No refunds for partial months. Once a monthly charge has been processed, that period is non-refundable.
Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a charge you did not authorize — email help@enlighten-me.co within 14 days of the charge. Include the date of the charge and your account email. We will investigate and, where the charge was made in error, issue a refund through Stripe.
Service unavailability. If the image-creation feature is unavailable for an extended period (for example, sustained outages of our AI providers), email help@enlighten-me.co and we may issue a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
How to cancel
- Sign in at www.enlighten-me.co
- Open Settings → Subscription
- Click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe customer portal, then cancel
